I am a Notary Public who serves Hinds, Rankin, and Madison Counties.

 

A Notary Public is a neutral witness to the signature of documents. Notaries Public execute the documents by verifying identification and witnessing the signature of the persons involved. The documents vary in nature, but generally include Affidavits, Agreements, Applications, Bills of Sale, I-9's, Oaths, Power of Attorneys, and Title transfers; the execution of Legal Pleadings such as Divorce Complaints and Child Support Petitions; and various Real Estate transactions such as Mortgage Loan, Equity, and Refinance Closings.

 

I offer my services as a "Notary Signing Agent" or "Mobile Notary".

 

A Notary Signing Agent meets with clients at ANY designated location, ensures that all documents are signed and initialed in the appropriate places, and then notarizes the signature where required. The Notary Signing Agent can also deliver the notarized documents to the designated offices via hand, facsimilie, email or USPS.

 

In addition to notarial duties, many clients utilize my services as a Virtual Assistant, Paralegal, or Process Server.
